Work will begin shortly on a new $14MM AC Hotel by Marriott located in suburban Cleveland. The 145 room hotel is part of the 58-acre Pinecrest mixed-use development currently underway in Orange Village. CMC was engaged by the construction lender to provide plan and cost review analysis as well as monthly site visit and construction progress monitoring services.
