Work is set to begin on Riverwood Tech Campus, a $35MM renovation of the former Kodak office park in Rochester, NY. The campus is situated on 76 acres and includes four (4) separate buildings totaling over 350,000 SF. The campus will provide space for office, technology and manufacturing firms. A 250-person amphitheater will also be included. CMC was engaged to provide plan and cost review analysis as well as monthly site visit and construction progress monitoring services.
