Groundbreaking has been started on the $32 million Elmwood Avenue condominium project at the corner of Elmwood and Forest in Buffalo, New York. The 4-story mix-use project will include 40 condo units, retail space and integrated parking garage. CMC was engaged by the construction lender to provide plan and doc review, budget/cost analysis as well as monthly inspection and construction progress monitoring services.
