$10MM Renovation Work to Commence on "Old City Hall" in Rochester

Renovation work will be underway shortly on 30 West Broad St. Rochester, NY. Also known as “Old City Hall”, this 5-story masonry and iron building was originally constructed in 1878. The proposed renovation of the mixed-use building will consist of commercial and residential occupancies. The $10M reuse project will be funded with a combination of debt and historic tax credits (HTC). CMC has been retained by the construction lender and the tax credit equity investor to perform an upfront plan review and cost analysis, as well as ongoing site inspections and construction progress monitoring services.
