Construction will commence shortly on the $24MM Parsons Lake project. This project will consist of the construction of a seven three to four-story apartment buildings and a one-story community center building in Salisbury, MD. CMC has been retained by the construction lender to perform an upfront plan review and cost analysis, as well as ongoing site inspections and construction progress monitoring services.
