Commercial Property Field Inspector


• College Degree in construction, real estate, business, and/or other related field, as appropriate. 
• Previous insurance, code, or building inspection certification or experience preferred.
• Commercial property operations, management and/or maintenance background highly regarded.
• Relevant project site experience.
• Proficient knowledge of PC environment and related software including Microsoft Office applications and construction related platforms.



  • Knowledge of property inspection process and procedures
  • Coordinate and schedule inspections with on-site reps, owners and clients.
  • Accurately review and evaluate the physical conditions of commercial buildings.
  • Identify physical and operational deficiencies of commercial buildings.
  • Review and interpret maintenance records.
  • Complete required analysis and reports in a timely manner.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with the client, owner, superintendent and team members as required.
  • Knowledge of building codes and standards.
  • Provide daily and weekly status of work and maintain a high level of communication to Senior Management.
  • Knowledge of various building systems, construction and maintenance procedures.
