CMC was engaged as construction consultant to provide plan review, cost analysis, inspection services and progress reporting for the new Delaware North Building, a 330,000sf mixed-use project situated on a 1.95 acre site in Buffalo, NY.  The 12-story glass-walled building features class A office space, a 120-room Westin Hotel, street level retail, a 7,000-square-foot outdoor courtyard, and a 5-story adjacent parking ramp for 593 vehicles. The building was designed and constructed to achieve a LEED-Silver certification through the U.S. Green Building Council.
