Construction will begin shortly on the new $20MM Intrada Apartment complex located in Saratoga Springs, New York. The four-building, 156-unit affordable housing project is situated on 20 acres at Washington Street and West Avenue in the Spa City, and will include 10,000 sf of commercial space. CMC was engaged to provide plan, doc and cost review analysis as well as monthly site visit and construction progress monitoring services.
