Work will begin in October on the Keuka Gardens Apartment complex in Penn Yan, New York. The $10MM project will provide 42 apartments in total; 31 workforce apartments and 11 apartments for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities. Keuka Gardens will include office space for the supportive service provider, a community room, bicycle storage, and a playground. The building will meet Silver certification level of the US Green Building Council LEED Rating System. CMC was engaged to represent the construction lender to provide plan and doc review, budget/cost analysis as well as site inspection and construction progress monitoring services.
