Construction will commence shortly on the City Center Building & Garage on Salina Street, Syracuse, NY. The project will consist of a 4-story building, plus subgrade, redeveloped multi-tenant mixed-use office/retail/multi-family complex that contains 213,745± square feet of rentable area. This will be a renovation of what was the old Sibley’s department store and attached parking garage. CMC has been retained by the construction lender to perform an upfront plan review and cost analysis, as well as ongoing site inspections and construction progress monitoring services.
