Construction will commence shortly on the $24MM Aqueduct Buildings. This project will consist of 6 substantially rehabilitated properties in Rochester, NY. This is a part of the "Aqueduct Reimagined" project that is underway in downtown Rochester. CMC has been retained by the construction lender to perform an upfront plan review and cost analysis, as well as ongoing site inspections and construction progress monitoring services.
