Work will begin shortly on the $90MM Campus Square/Pilgram Village redevelopment project in downtown in Buffalo adjacent to the Medical Campus. CMC was engaged by the construction lender and equity investor to provide plan and cost review analysis as well as monthly construction progress monitoring services.
